This is an Atlanta tradition you don’t want to miss. Registration is now open for the 28th annual Kids II Strong Legs Run, Saturday, Nov. 3. The family friendly event has something to offer participants of all ages, with all proceeds benefiting Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.

Where: Turner Field, 755 Hank Aaron Drive SW, Atlanta, GA 30315
- 10k run—8 a.m.
(Qualifier for the 2013 AJC Peachtree Road Race)
- 5k run/walk—9:15 a.m.
- Mascot Trot—10 a.m.
(Children ages 10 and younger)
- 2k Fun Run and Stroller Roll—10:15 a.m.
After-race celebration: Awards ceremony, prizes, food, entertainment and children’s activities.
Strong4Life helps families bring together four essential building blocks every kid needs to be healthy—eat right, be active, get support and have fun. Then we break those down into simple steps that can be easily incorporated into any family’s lifestyle. The Strong4Life team will be on hand with cooking demonstrations and healthy food to sample, along with fun family activities.
Form a team
Make a difference in the life of a child by gathering your friends, family or co-workers and starting a team. Teams are eligible for prizes based on fundraising levels and will also be awarded for creativity, spirit and participation.
