We need 20-30 volunteers who are not afraid to talk to strangers to work at the Spring Jonquil Festival in Smyrna.  We will arm you with clipboards and stacks of FREE $20 Shopping Spree cards that have instructions on how to opt-in to ValuStop Saver Alerts via text message (see an example below.)

You will approach visitors to the Festival and strike up a conversation like this:

"Hello ma'am.  My name is Michael Mason.  I'm wondering if you might help me with something.  I am a volunteer for a company based right here in Smyrna called ValuStop.  It is a locally-owned company similar to Groupon or LivingSocial - you'll be able to save at least 50% at businesses in Smyrna, Marietta, and Cobb County.  The big difference is that ValuStop donates 100% of profits toward orphan care.  Our goal for this year is to fund 4 adoption-assistance grants.  That means that 4 orphans will be welcomed into "forever families" this year if we meet our goal.

Would you be willing to help us reach our goal?  If you put your information on this form, ValuStop will send a promo code to your cell phone which will let you get a FREE $20 Shopping Spree to any of these stores (Show them a sheet with the logos of the various participating stores.)"
