On Thursday, November 15th, Rob “Waldo” Waldman and his identical twin Dave Waldman will host the first annual Ultimate Wingman Banquet, honoring three special service members (either stationed in or currently a resident of Georgia) who have served their country above and beyond the call of duty.
The event will take place at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre in Atlanta from 6:30-9:30 p.m. It is presented by Verizon Wireless and the Wingman Foundation, launched by Rob and Dave in January 2011. The Foundation raises funds and awareness for soldiers, veterans, and their families in need. A portion of event proceeds will go to Hire Heroes USA, and then each service member honored will make a charitable contribution of his or her choice to a non-profit that supports fellow service members.
