The 5K Fit Group conquered the Jonquil City Jog Saturday, April 28. For many participants it was their first time running a 5K.

The 5K Fit Group from Emory-Adventist Hospital ran in the Jonquil Jog on Saturday, April 28. Many members of the group participated in a series of classes called “The 5K Fit Series” that started in January 2012 and concluded in April. The classes offered the participants helpful information on training for a 5K. For many of the participants, this was their first 5K.
