Chamber Chooses Triple-Option Logo
Get ready to see lots of green, blue and orange in the Cobb business community.
The Cobb Chamber of Commerce unveiled a “tri-link” logo Monday morning.
The squares represent the three elements of economic development—retention, recruitment and entrepreneurship—as well as the Chamber’s core functions:
- Economic development, green. You know, like money.
- Member services, blue. The sky color pays tribute to the county’s aerospace history with Lockheed Martin.
- Advocacy, orange. The color choice reflects such energetic Cobb employers as The Home Depot and Cobb EMC.
So here’s your challenge: If you could design a logo for a Smyrna Chamber of Commerce, what three colors would you use, and what would they stand for?
The new Cobb Chamber logo is part of a rebranding of the Chamber that includes the tagline “Achieve more.”
Scott and April Wright of 524 Creative presented the logo at the Chamber’s First Monday breakfast at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre.
“The new look and feel had to represent the new vision, be modern, dynamic and bold, and successfully differentiate the Cobb Chamber,” Scott Wright said. “The new brand positions the Chamber for future growth in terms of membership, business conducted in Cobb County, and business relocation and expansion.”
