Cobb County is looking to hire an officer for its police department.
- Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED;
- at least 21 years old at the time of testing;
- U.S. citizen; mandatory participation and successful performance in training academy resulting in State Certified POST Peace Officer;
- valid driver's license;
- honorable discharge (with copy of DD-214) from any prior military service;
- complete physical test on Friday, Feb. 22 (test space is limited)
- Pay: Full time, between $38,355.20 and $60,278.40 per year
