If Labor Day signals the end of summer, then college football kickoff weekend signals the beginning of fall. While the season officially begins Thursday night, most of the games are happening Saturday. What’s your game day plan?

If you’re looking for a place to watch the game, consider Laseter’s Tavern. The Vinings establishment was named the best sports bar in Smyrna-Vinings in Patch’s 2012 Readers’ Choice contest. 

The runner up for best sports bar was J.R. Crickets in Smyrna. Both Laseter’s and J.r. Crickets offer multiple TVs and a variety of beer and pub food to satisfy game day cravings. 

You could also watch the game at another Smyrna-Vinings Readers’ Choice Winner—Vintage Tavern. The Market Village spot was named Smyrna-Vinings’ best pub.
