Honoring Cobb and Smyrna's Finest

Cobb Chamber of Commerce and Smyrna Public Safety Foundation offer two ways to honor local heroes.

The and the Smyrna Public Safety Foundation offer a pair ways for Smyrna-Vinings Patch residents to honor their public safety officials.

Cobb County’s police officers and fire fighters put themselves in harm’s way everyday and the CCC wants to recognize their hard work with its Public Safety Awards. Nominations are being accepted now for the 2011 round of awards.

Public safety officials may be nominated for performing their jobs with exceptional skill, expertise, innovation and results between June 1, 2010 and May 31, 2011. Citizens are allowed to nominate two public safety officials.
