Support Consultant

Manhattan Associates is seeking a Support Consultant in the area. The individual will spend approximately 75 percent of the time in the investigation and recreation of client problems through SQL query to find solutions, with some 10 percent travel required.

Job requirements include:

• B.S. in Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 1-3 years overall software implementation and/or troubleshooting experience. 
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task.
• Strong oral and written communication with the ability to train end users. 
• Strong focus on leadership and customer satisfaction. 
• Ability to learn new technologies.
