Poll: Are You For or Against Sunday Packaged Alcohol Sales?
On Nov. 8, Smyrna voters will decide whether to allow retailers to sell alcohol on Sundays. The law would go into effect on Jan. 1, 2012 if the measure passes.
In the Smyrna-Vinings Sound Off, Patch will ask for your thoughts, opinions and reactions to specific topics or issues. We ask the questions, you give us your answers and then follow up with your own questions.
Respond to the poll question and elaborate in comments below to start a dialogue.

GROW UP!! Adults are able to choose what they want to participate in on Sundays!
This BLUE LAW reminds everyone that the NEW SOUTH is still VERY OLD in too (negative) many ways!
Ever notice the "mad rush" on Friday nights and Saturdays in the departments where beer and/ or alcohol are sold?

This is the biggest, most emotional non-issue imagineable. Those who want to drink alcoholic beverages on Sunday certainly can have it available. Those who don't care to drink, are not required to do so.

Wow, k swiss. The results show 92% in favor of this. So why are you yelling for people to grow up?
