Cobb Board of Education meets for its monthly work session Wednesday, Sept. 12. Public comment begins at 8:30 a.m. The meeting is held at the central office located at 514 Glover Street in Marietta. 

The Cobb Marietta Retired Educators meet Thursday, Sept. 13 at 11:30 a.m. at the Freeman Poole Multipurpose Center. More than 50 college representatives will attend the fair hosted by 100 Black Men of Atlanta Inc. is Saturday, Sept. 29 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Georgia World Congress Center.
