Smyrna Restaurant Fails Alcohol Compliance Check
Two other Smyrna businesses passed the compliance check, but were cited for permit violations.
El Texanita Mexican Restaurant located at 1815 South Cobb Drive failed an alcohol compliance check Thursday, June 22, Cobb County police reported.
A server at the restaurant sold alcohol to an underage volunteer. The restaurant was one of several establishments checked for alcohol compliance along South Cobb Drive on Thursday.
Two other Smyrna businesses, Vine Yard and RaceTrac #256 passed the compliance check by not selling alcohol to the underage volunteer, but were issued citations because the cashiers did not have serve permits.
