Last week’s Visions for Vacancies feature looked at the former Piccadilly location on South Cobb Drive. This week we’ve moved up the block a bit to the former home of El Ciclon Mexican Restaurant.
This 4,200-square-foot building is listed at $350,000 by Power Realty Partners. It features restaurant amenities like a walk-in cooler, freezer, range hood, furniture, fixtures and equipment. All these items are included in the sale price.

I have contacted Red Robin a couple of times so far to suggest that come and look around the Smyrna Area, They have a link to contact them on their website. I encourage others to contact them also. Maybe we can have an impact on them.

Great idea Mike H Red Robin sounds great. Now I like mexican food but please give me a choose such as a good ole American Hamburger or a all American dinner. What about a great italian restaurant along with a good chinese restaurant with Chicken chow mein. Choice will put South Cobb Drive back on the map. Mike H with a idea like Red Robin You should belong to the Smyrna South Cobb Drive Coalition helping this group to get restaurants like Red Robin to South Cobb Drive in Smyrna.
