Wednesday Night Was Made For Getting Out

What a gorgeous day it’s been. But what’s on your docket for this lovely Wednesday evening?  

The Vinings Home Owners Association will be conducting its meeting tonight beginning at 7 at The Vinings Club. And speaking of Vinings, do you even really know if you live there or not?  

According to the VHOA’s website, Vinings Village is defined as “the area bordered on the south by the Chattahoochee River, on the east by Cobb Parkway/Hwy 41, on the north by the CSX railroad tracks to Paradise Shoals Road, and on the west by South Atlanta Road.’’

restaurant certainly falls within that boundary and tonight kicks off its at its river bar. Tim Brantley scores opening night honors as he’s set to begin playing at 7:30 p.m.  

Not too far away, has its wing buffet running from 5 to 7 p.m. and Jager shots are only $2.75. If that’s not your thing, it should be a relaxing evening on the patio at where beers are half-priced and gulf oysters cost just a buck.

In Smyrna, select bottles of wine are only $10 tonight at . And if you’re not looking to get your drink on, then check out the drop-in info meeting concerning the proposed RaceTrac on Spring Road near . The meeting will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Smyrna Fire Station 3 at 2825 Park Road.
