DESCRIPTION:U.S. Sen. Johnny Isakson is playing host to Georgia's annual 
 statewide Military Academy Day at Dobbins Air Reserve Base in Marietta f
 rom 10 to 11:30 a.m. May 12.\nThe event will help familiarize eighth- to
  12th-graders with the application and  nomination process to attedn any
  of the nation&rsquo\;s five service academies.\nRepresentatives from th
 e U.S. Merchant Marine Academy\, the U.S. Military Academy\, the U.S. Na
 val Academy\, the U.S. Air Force Academy and the U.S. Coast Guard Academ
 y\, as well as the deputy director of the Department of Defense Medical 
 Examination Review Board\, will explain their requirements and expectati
 ons and answer questions.\nGeorgia Congressmen Phil Gingrey\, Hank Johns
 on and Rob Woodall are scheduled to join Isakson at the event.\nGuests m
 ay arrive as early as 9 a.m. to visit information tables and  avoid cong
 estion at the entrance gate.\nYou must make reservations by 5 p.m. April
  30 and must present photo identification at the main entrance gate for 
 admittance.
