Come join us as Oli+Ve hosts a cooking class with Irish chef and author, Judith McLoughlin. You will be served dinner consisting of a Golden Pear & Irish blue Salad with Spiced Walnuts, Antipasto salad, artisan breads with dipping oils, and then the main event....desserts! Judith will share with you how to make and you will be served the following:
- Blood Orange brownies
- White Chocolate Celtic Cranachan with toasted oats & berries
- Eton Mess - crumbled meringue with fresh cream & berries
