After several years of research, the Taylor-Brawner House Foundation historian, Mike Terry has published a book about the Taylor and Brawner families and the famous Brawner Hospital. This is a must-read for anyone interested in local history and will be available at a book signing on Sept. 9th at the restored 1890 house located at 3184 Atlanta Road. All proceeds benefit the Foundation!

This posting makes it look like it cost $25.00 to attend...Not So! The event is free, but if you buy a book, the cost is $25.00 It's a great book, by the way!
