Take flight each week as SOHO explores fine wines from celebrated appellations and regions across the globe. This month, the knowledgeable staff guides guests through the wines of California. Each wine is paired with tapas specifically matched to the wines by Executive Chef Joe Ahn. The selections change weekly and are rolled out each Wednesday.

More About Soho Café
Every Wednesday evening, guests of the Soho Café are whisked away to exotic destinations without ever leaving the neighborhood, as they enjoy tapas and wine from countries like Spain, France and Italy. Susan Whitney Smith co-owns this restaurant with her husband Frank and considers their Café a neighborhood institution. "Corporately-dressed business people with ties on can meet here for a function or everyone can just hang out and have a beer after hitting the golf course," she says. "Frequently, ladies will come by for lunch after spending the morning at the spa."
