Silent Auction For Breast Cancer Comes to Cumberland Mall
Items up for auction include gift sets and complimentary hotel stays.
Smyrna's Cumberland mall will be the site for events recognizing the end of Breast Cancer Awareness Month and celebrating those who have battled and defeated the disease.
On Friday, Oct. 25 and Saturday, Oct. 26, there will be fashion shows and a silent auction, with all proceeds going to the American Cancer Society.
Students from Georgia Tech will kick off the 4:30-8:30 p.m. fashion show on Friday, while breast cancer survivors will own the runway between 2:30-4:30 p.m. on Saturday.
Items available for bidding during the silent auction include a pink chiffon gift set from Bath and Body works and a two night weekend stay with breakfasts at the Doubletree Hotel near the Galleria.
