Document Shredding, Shoe Donation in Smyrna This Weekend
Bring household documents or gently worn shoes to the Wolfe Recreation Center on Saturday.
Keep Smyrna Beautiful has partnered with Keep Cobb Beautiful to be one of four sites for a document shredding and shoe recycling event this weekend.
On Saturday, Sept. 14, come to the Wolfe Recreation Center from 9 a.m. to noon to have your household documents shredded for free. Please bring paper products only; plastics, CDs, floppy discs, electronics, cardboard, and large Binders with metal rings or clips will not be accepted.
If your closet is overflowing with shoes you don't wear anymore, you can bring them to the recycling event and they will be donated to the needy. Please make sure you bind or tape pairs of shoes together.
