Come together with family, friends and community leaders to volunteer and work in your neighborhood park. Bring gloves, tools, and a community spirit to one of these park locations:
- Cobb Park and Kidscape Village Playground
- Lake Court Park
- North Cooper Lake Park
- River Line Park
- Tolleson Park
Types of work projects will include pruning brush, raking mulch in playgrounds, cleaning play equipment, trail repair, and litter control. Work projects will be assigned based on experience and interest level.
After your morning "work"out, celebrate your efforts and have fun at Taylor-Brawner Park during Movie Night at the amphitheater. The Walt Disney film "Gnomeo and Juliet " will be featured. Showtime is just after dark. Taylor-Brawner is at 3180 Atlanta Road. Please carpool, parking is limited.
