Fun Halloween Events in Smyrna-Vinings

Lots of spooky holiday fun to be had on Monday.

Vinings Jubilee invites one and all to the eponymous “Vinings Jubileen” Bash on Monday, Oct. 31 for ghoulishly great shenanigans. From 5 to 8 p.m., you hobgoblins can meet in the parking lot in front of to take part in games, gorge on your fill of candy, giggle at costumes, and have tons of fun.

If you’re one of those people who think it’s hilarious to dress up your pooch, enter your pet into the Howl-O-Ween Canine Costume Contest. The evening’s setup is a Trunk-or-Treat format, where children trick or treat from car to car for candy and trinkets provided by the Vinings Jubilee merchants.

Spooky prizes will be given to costume contest winners and the public can vote on the best-decorated, most creative trunk. Kids can also gawk at the Fire Truck from the Vinings Fire Station No. 5, manned by real, heroic firefighters in their uniforms, not just posers in costume.
