Do something about the angry car drivers killing and running over upstanding citizens on bicycles. Seriously COBB county is one of the most dangerous counties in Georgia to commute on bicycle, something should be done because it is not right !

Acceptance of a changing world that many do not accept. Demographics are changing all over our nation. For example, no more apartments. Why? Do we not accept people into our community that live in apartments? Why not? Should more bicycle paths need to be discussed? I would like to see the study that shows angry care drivers are killing and running over upstanding citizens on bicycles in Cobb County and to see the study that Cobb County is one of the most dangerous countries in Georgia to commute on bicycle. Another thing is for people that post out here to not make dramatic statements that cannot be backed up on fact, and if they can be backed up on fact, to please let us know where to fine these facts.

And no more condos and townhomes. Geez, they went slightly crazy several years ago. The drive up the East-West Connector near South Cobb Drive is just a horrible array of townhomes.

"No more apartments" has nothing to do with not accepting apartment dwelling individuals. However, it has everything to do with protecting one's investment. Studies all across the nation will show that apartments drive down property value and in many cases increase crime. While I am not drawing any conclusions here, I do beleive we should protect our community and our investments. Building more apartments is not doing any of us favors in terms of our property value.

Please don't read more into the comment than was intended. All I'm saying is that we don't need to increase the ratio of renters to homeowners in this community. Do a little research and you'll see we're at a precarious position from a tax base standpoint. Not everything is a raging social issue, this is an economic one. Have a decaf.
