My husband and I signed up for 2 months of Hyperbaric treatments 3 times a week with Dr Lou Hilliard on Windy Hill Rd Smyrna Ga . I made the comment a number of times that I did not understand why he cut my hour 10 minutes short each time. Two times I had to sit on his porch and wait for him to arrive to open the office for my appointment, the same thing happened to my husband. His advertisement says he has a staff, the only person I have seen there is Dr Lou. He likes to go out of town on the weekend and will tell you on Wednesday that he will not be there Friday, however when your month runs out he does not want to give you the extra days that you missed before you pay for another month
Because the pressure is so bad on your ears (which he does not tell you until you have paid) I asked him to please go slower so it would not hurt so much. He accused me of complaining, the reason I complained was when my session was finished he turned the knob off fast and let the pressure out all at once. I was crying and asked him was he trying to kill me? Dr Lou then informed me not to come back, I said fine that I was not planning on paying for another month and I would like a refund. HE TOLD ME NOT TO COME BACK AND NO REFUNDS!!!! My husband is 78 and I am 72, you would think that a man in his profession would be trying to help his elders and customers, not hurt them.
After 24 hours I am still hearing popping noises and pain in my right ear.
Early on I was thinking this was a good thing and wanted my son and daughter to try it. I had a previous appointment and could not make my appointment and we ask Dr Lou if it was OK for my son to take my appointment and he agreed. A month later my husband who has beginning dementia forgot to ask Dr Lou for me if my daughter who had just had surgery could take my afternoon appointment. When she arrived he was furious that we would even suggest such a thing however if she wanted to pay $100 for my session (that I had already paid for) he would be glad to let her. She politely told him No Thank You. He was planning to charge for my hour that had previously been paid for, to my daughter, making the session paid twice!
I just researched and called another hyperbaric company about my ears and was told I definitely could have damage if I was in the Summit to the Sea Chamber (this is the one he advertises) SEE BELOW

Everything I have written is the truth; I could go on and on.
