Campbell to Participate in Marching Band Exhibition
The Marching Spartans will join eight other schools in the demonstration of Cobb County's mobile musicians.
The Campbell High School Marching Spartans will have an opportunity to demonstrate their abilities during a multi-school exhibition that will be held in Powder Springs next week.
Campbell's marching band will join squads from South Cobb, Osborne, Allatoona, Wheeler, McEachern, North Cobb, Kennesaw Mountain, and Lassiter at the 2013 Cobb-Marietta Marching Band Exhibition on Monday, Oct. 14 at 7 p.m. at McEachern High School.
The exhibition has been running since 1972, and allows Cobb County residents to hear all of the marching bands in the county at an affordable cost. Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for students.
Campbell and the other schools in the group were originally scheduled to perform on Sept. 24, but the event was rescheduled due to poor weather.
