Smyrna's median sales price is around the all-time high and staying there. It is around 214k (depending on where you look), including a large amount of 1br and 2br inventory. The current median price, depending on where you look is around $218,000. This is largely driven by a recent strong performance in 3br homes, and no particular style of home being weak at this time. Even 2br homes and 1br homes, which had suffered the most, are ticking back towards all-time highs. Specifically, 2br homes - typically including condos - are up 42.2% year-on-year. Although that's a strong showing than 3br homes, unfortunately a lot of that is regaining previous losses as remaining 2br depressed properties are being cleared out.
