Before, I talked about the construction happening at Two Overton Park just East of I-75 in Cumberland, along with the Riverwood 200 development, amongst others. I guess there's more: Two office buildings being planned for the Galleria contingent upon finding tenants: One named Galleria 500, which will face I-75 on the end of the Galleria buildings just West of I-75. It will be 18 stories and about 500,000 sq ft. The other is a smaller Galleria 555, which will be 250,000-300,00 sq ft.
In terms of jobs, that translates into more than 1,000 and up to as many as 3,000 new potential jobs in the area.
