The CSS is requirement to interact with every customer in their zone, and adjacent zones, as needed, to drive incremental sales opportunities and ensure every customer's shopping needs are met. Additionally, the CSS will be responsible for performing merchandise-related activities such as planogram, merchandise, and price changes as directed by the Sales leader.

Customer Service Specialist I Copy & Print Depot

No experience or training is necessary. The ideal candidate should have High School Diploma, computer skills, and be willing and able to learn to operate all Copy & Print Depot equipment. He/she should also have the ability to read, count and write to accurately complete documentation, utilize training tools and serve customers at check-out, and work a flexible work schedule as business dictates.

Logistics Specialist

The LS is responsible for completing the freight process within the designated time, and ensuring the freight sorting area is organized and matches the approved "blue print". The LS also processes inventory, and proactively investigates and corrects any issues or discreptancies.
