Attorneys For Former Glock CEO Plan Appeal

The verdict came down Friday afternoon in Cobb Superior Court.


Attorneys for Paul Jannuzzo plan to appeal Friday's Cobb County verdict, in which the former Glock CEO was found guilty of racketeering.

Glock, which manufactures semi-automatic, polymer handguns, and supplies firearms to the majority of law enforcement agencies in the U.S., has its North American headquarters in Smyrna at 6000 Highland Parkway.

The AJC is reporting that sentencing for Jannuzzo is scheduled for later this month.

Jannuzzo could face up to 30 years in prison.

Prosecutors argued Jannuzzo conspired with Dunwoody lawyer Peter Manown, another former company executive, from the company, over a 12-year period, using duplicate bank accounts, forged documents, and fraudulent loans.
