Customer Service Representative
National Envelope is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Smyrna. The ideal candidate should meet the folllowing requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent;
- Six months to one year related sales support/customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Proficient in basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, Windows, etc.);
- Knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and JD Edwards;
- Excellent verbal and written communication as well as time management skills.
