- High School diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred.
- Four years work experience in analyst or support role for applications, network, or hardware;
- Comprehensive knowledge of hardware and software concepts;
- The ability to trouble shoot and resolve incidents;
- Experience in planning, testing, documenting and training;
- Experience with help desk applications and incident tracking system.
