Vinings Jubilee announced the opening of five new businesses a few days after Patch learned about the closure of The Vinings Fish Company.
In a press release put out by the shopping center, Vinings Jubilee’s President Mike Hammer said that the “Vinings community is booming right now.”
Two of the five businesses, Snap and Willow Green, opened in August and September respectively. Snap offers clothes for girls up to size 14 from brands like Splendid and Ella Moss.
Willow Green is located in the former home of TeaFuse near SOHO. The garden boutique specializes in custom-made and “off the shelf” live floral and greenery arrangements.
The New Orleans-based boutique Hemline brings cutting edge fashion to Vinings on Sept. 28. An opening party begins at 5 p.m.
As previously reported on Smyrna-Vinings Patch, Another Broken Egg is moving into the restaurant space formerly home to The Vinings Fish Company. The restaurant will serve breakfast, brunch and lunch. A representative from Vinings Jubilee said Another Broken Egg should open in November.
Sugarcoat Salon has locations in Buckhead and Virginia Highlands, but now it’s ready to expand into Cobb County.
“Owner Peiru Kim plans to make Vinings Jubilee her flagship luxury salon,” said a Vinings Jubilee representative in a press release. Renovation of Suite 230 will begin in October and the owner anticipates opening in early 2013.
