Select Merchandising Services is seeking a Training Coordinator in Smyrna to work closely with managers to assess training needs, and develops, implements, and monitors programs to improve employee performance.
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree;
- Two years training experience in a corporate environment;
- Strong oral and written communication skills as well as strong organization and prioritization skills;
- Ability to deliver presentations in a group setting;
- Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, & Word) and the internet;
- Experience with retail merchandising and field management
- Must reside in the Atlanta metro area.
