New Tenants for Vinings Jubilee

The Vinings Jubilee family grows with the opening of J.McLaughlin, Cafe at Pharr, BTB CrossFit and a State Farm office.

Four new tenants offering everything from clothes to food to fitness are setting up shop in Vinings Jubilee this spring.

Vinings Jubilee’s newest tenant is J. McLaughlin. The brand established its classic American style in New York in the 1970s, but is just now making its way South. The Vinings Jubilee store, which opened April 5, is one of the first in Atlanta. 

Three other businesses will join J. McLaughlin and the other Vinings Jubilee shops next month. BTB CrossFit Vinings will open in Suite 478 in the back of the clocktower building. According to BTB CrossFit’s website, the CrossFit philosophy is about getting in shape without complicated exercise machines opting instead to use weights, kettlebells, medicine balls and pull-up bars.

BTB CrossFit Vining’s owners Jeff and Melissa Hayes say they want to be more like a family than a gym and plans to hold group fitness classes at Tower Stage. BTB CrossFit Vinings is offering two Tower Stage classes on May 3 at 7 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. These one-hour workouts consist of body weight training and light running.

Cafe at Pharr will open its doors in May as well. about opening Café at Pharr’s sixth location. The restaurant voted best working lunch in Atlanta will open in the retail space .

State Farm agent Jared Mula opens his new office at Vinings Jubilee on May 1. The office employs six insurance specialists and is open 24 hours a day seven days a week.

This is Garrison Plantation - Garrison Lakes - Lakefront Vista. I lived there when it was familyRead More owned. It went from sister to brother then sold. Changed name from Garrison Plantation (because it wasn't PC) (but no one thought about what a garrison was) to Garrison Lakes (there's only one lake) to Lakefront Vista (under new ownership.) It's a dump now. The layout and size of the apts. are great. Even the location is great. Still know some people there. But it went downhill.

During the anti gay lifestyle debacle it gave out copies of the 10 Commandments. That anti gay resolution drafted by Gordon Wysong and enacted by the Cobb Co. Commissioners cost the county an Olympic venue. Whenever I hear about that church I think of the OM who called the church's prominent members The Marietta Mafia!

No wonder many young people, the vast majority of whom are or will be heterosexual find the church increasingly irrelevant in their lives with attitudes like this.
