These classy small businesses inspire us to shop.

Going to a boutique is a luxury, a treat for the senses. No one can afford the time or money to shop exclusively in boutiques, but when you have the chance, revel in the quiet. No overcrowded mega store in need of traffic signals for shopping carts, no frantic overloading of bulk purchases, just soothing atmosphere and beautiful, unique choices. 

Whether for gifts, furnishings, clothing, or just wishful thinking, here are five nearby spots worth stepping into and browsing.

is primarily known for their mélange of unusual gift and garden items, but one must not overlook their stock of jewelry, fashion accessories, and a beautiful assortment of baby items. Patina Home Furnishings on Concord Road carries gorgeously modern furnishings with a luxurious feel, selected by a designer’s talented eye, along with a smaller selection of antiques. Art, décor, lighting, and upholstery are also featured in this inviting shop. The helpful staff’s confidence and belief in their products allow you to “Be Inspired By Your Home.”

is Smyrna’s go-to spot for all things denim and fashionable.
