Nancy Ingram Jordan Joins Family Law Firm of Warner, Bates, McGough, McGinnis & Portnoy

ATLANTA, April 16, 2014 – Warner, Bates, McGough, McGinnis & Portnoy (www.wbmfamilylaw.com), today announced that Nancy Ingram Jordan has joined the firm of counsel.

“Nancy’s extensive experience in family law as well as appellate matters will immediately bring value to clients of the firm,” said C. Wilbur Warner, Jr., a founding partner at Warner, Bates, McGough, McGinnis & Portnoy.

Mrs. Jordan was most recently a member of Gregory, Doyle, Calhoun & Rogers in Marietta, Georgia. While there, she successfully represented families in Cobb County and throughout metro Atlanta in all areas of family law.

At the outset of her career, Mrs. Jordan spent 15 years with the District Attorney’s Office in Cobb County. As a prosecutor, she regularly argued before Georgia appellate courts and authored or co-authored more than 400 appellate briefs. Mrs. Jordan has applied her many years of appellate practice to her family law practice.

A graduate of Emory University School of Law, Mrs. Jordan has lectured at family law seminars sponsored by the State Bar of Georgia, the Cobb County Bar Association, and Kennesaw State University.

She is a registered civil and domestic mediator and arbitrator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution.
