The Providence Group of Georgia, LLC’s impressive growth has made it not only one of the top home builders in Atlanta, but also the U.S., according to BUILDER Magazine. Closing 419 homes in 2013, The Providence Group was ranked No. 95 on the recently released Builder 100 list.
“It is an exciting time in the home building industry and we are honored to be included on this year’s Builder 100 list,” said Warren Jolly, president of The Providence Group of Georgia, LLC. “Our growth in 2013 is attributed to not only the turn in the economy, but also our ability to offer communities in more than 20 key Atlanta locations, providing home buyers the option of both luxury move-in ready homes and presale opportunities.”
Based on number of closings in 2013, the minimum number needed to rank on this year’s Builder 100 list was 406, a 27 percent increase from 2012. The Providence Group was one of eight builders to successfully move onto the Builder 100 list.
The Providence Group moved to No. 95 from No. 123 on the 2012 Next 100 list. In addition to its ranking on Builder 100, The Providence Group was named one of the top five firms ranked by revenue growth with an increase of 128 percent (gross revenue) year-over-year and one of the top 10 fastest-growing private builders with its number of closings improving 85 percent from 2012 to 2013.
