What's A Gentle Chiropractic Adjustment?

In our practice we use a chiropractic technique Called; Torque Release Technique (TRT). This technique is the most up-to-date chiropractic technique available. The Torque Release technique is so unique due to its revolutionary, ground breaking and gentle or tonal approach to overall health and a state of well-being. The use of TRT has been successfully shown help with Infertility (1,2,3,4), Quality of life (pain and discomfort)(5), ADD/ADHD (6), Improvement in some autistic behavioral patterns(7), and Addictive and compulsive disorders (8). Further, it’s been shown to help reduce anxiety and depression.  We use a hand held instrument with a spring loaded mechanism in side it. The instrument is called  the Integrator and is capable to deliver an extremely specific chiropractic adjustment to the involved area of the spine. This technique is not only more specificity but also uses less force during the adjustment. The adjustment will reduce the pressure, irritation, and tension on the spinal cord and spinal nerves. Thus, no popping or cracking of bones is needed with this specific technique. This technique is very suitable for growing children as well as the elderly due to its nature. It is highly recommended to get checked for spinal misalignments or vertebral subluxation on a regular basis in order to prevent and any future decrease in well-being, quality of life and degenerative conditions like osteoarthritis.
