Drugs, Firearms Found in Smyrna

Three Smyrna residents are in custody.

Three Smyrna residents are in custody after police found 21 pounds of marijuana, 154 ecstasy tablets, 28 grams of psilocybin mushrooms and firearms in a Cumberland Valley Place condo.

Authorities executed a search warrant on the home between 5:30 and 7:45 p.m. Wednesday and found "marijuana ... in close proximity to scales, packaging materials, U.S. Currency and firearms," according to a Cobb County criminal warrant.

In a warrant, authorities said the amount of tablets and mushrooms found was "consistent with distribution."

Stephen Arbin Stewart is in the Cobb County Adult Detention Center without bond on a charge of marijuana trafficking. While warrants state that two other suspects are in custody, there is no record of Jamar Cobb and Ashley McMillian in the county's online database.

Cobb faces charges that include two counts of intent to distribute and one count each of marijuana trafficking, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and theft by receiving. McMillan faces a charge of marijuana trafficking.
