Freeze Warning in Effect Through Wednesday Morning
The temperature in the Smyrna-Vinings area is expected to drop to 28, but Saturday's high could reach 71.
Smyrna-Vinings and Cobb County are included in a freeze warning covering parts of north and west central Georgia.
In effect from 2 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, it warns of temperatures in the mid to upper 20s to low 30s.
In Smyrna and Vinings, the mercury is expected to dip to 28, according to the NWS forecast. But it won't be cold long.
