9th Annual Little Picture Show

View the artwork of twenty-two of the Southeast’s most outstanding artists, including Smyrna's own, Sheila Wood Hancock. The Little Picture Show will highlight colorful, little-jewel paintings by: Tori Anderson, Jennifer Broadus, Helen Carmichael, Glenda Cason, Jack Chilton, Ann Marie Dalis, Marianne Dunn, Sheila Wood Hancock, Joan Hilliard, Mildred Huie, Jim Jones, Cheryl Keefer, Charles Carman Pierce, Janet Powers, Daly Smith, Marion Sparks, Marion Snyder, and David Whitty.Gallery owner Millie Wilcox first brought the Little Picture Show concept to the Golden Isles over a decade ago after visiting a similar exhibition at an art gallery in France. “We have had such a positive response over the years with this annual exhibit and hope to continue this holiday tradi-tion for years to come,” states gallery director and curator Dayna Caldwell.Many of the artists will be available to meet and greet attendees at the Opening Reception, November 15, 2013 from 4:30pm – 7:00pm. The reception is open to the public, though reservations are requested.
