Are you Ergonomically Correct? Community Education Class

Emory-Adventist Hospital at Smyrna will host the free class “Are you Ergonomically Correct?” on Tuesday, March 25 at 7:00 p.m. Are you someone who spends five or more hours per day sitting in a chair, using a desk or telephone, or at the computer? Luis Hernandez of PT Solutions will give you guidelines to assess whether or not your work station is using the correct ergonomics to promote proper posture. He will also discuss the importance of maintaining correct posture and using proper body mechanics when performing all work related tasks to prevent possible injuries.

This class will be held in the hospital cafeteria.
