Bodies of Courage Opening Art Exhibit

Emory-Adventist Hospital, Neighbor

Bodies of Courage Opening Art Exhibit, hosted by The Foundation of Emory-Adventist Hospital at Smyrna, will be held on Thursday, October 25, 2012 from 6:00-8:30 PM, at The Marietta-Cobb Museum of Art.  This Arts in Medicine special exhibition celebrates a patient’s journey through cancer.  Artist and Photographer, Lisa Scholder, will show some of her latest work that uses actual breast cancer survivors as the canvas.  Her work honors those survivors and promotes hope to those suffering with the disease.  The cost of tickets is a $100 per person donation and proceeds will benefit The Foundation of Emory-Adventist Hospital at Smyrna.  Tickets are available at www.SmyrnaCares.org or by calling 770-438-5233.
