Learn how to shop smart at the grocery store by developing an organized strategy and using online tools to identify weekly sales, promotional cycles and tips for stocking up. Bring your laptop and we'll bookmark helpful store and consumer websites, including coupon databases. We will develop an online sample shopping list for the current Publix ad.
Instructor: Ruth Hayden has tried to be a smart shopper and consumer for many years. She'll help you save money and your sanity at the grocery store without going to the 'extreme'.
