SPRING BASIC 101- Cooking Class

Come join us as we introduce to you JANET DEE, healthy kitchen coach & whole food expert,  as she demonstrates and prepares a spring meal.  You will eat what she prepares and take home useful and practical information.  Menu includes:  Dinner smoothie, Hummus & Endive Slippers, Spring Scramble & Walnut Cheddar Portabellas, Spring Greens with Vinaigrette, Lentil Arugula Salad and a Pear Ambrosia for dessert!  You are welcome to bring your own wine.  Space is limited to 23.  Cost is $30/person
