Taking Care of Yourself through the Years, Free Seminar

Emory-Adventist Hospital at Smyrna will offer a free class on “Taking Care of Yourself through the Years” on Wednesday, March 5 at 7:00 p.m. Do you know at what age you should have your first mammogram, or colonoscopy? Do you know what vaccinations you need after the age of 60? Or, are you at risk for disease due to genetics or an unhealthy lifestyle? Prevention is the key to your health! Join us for an overview on how to take care of yourself as you age. Dr. Michaele Brown will discuss appropriate ages for screenings, vaccinations and general everyday ways to live a healthier life!

This class will be held in the hospital cafeteria.
