Southern Hospitality Fundraiser for Tornado Victims

The Chefs at all of the 101 Concepts Restaurants have created an inspired southern menu for a “Southern Hospitality Fundraiser” assisting our fellow southerners who have been so dramatically impacted by the effects of recent tornados.

Join us, Tuesday, June 7th as we feature a southern diner menu and drink specials featuring Southern Comfort and Sweetwater.  All proceeds for the evening will go to the Red Cross and aid in their effort to help victims of the recent tornados, devastating the South.

Libations:

Southern Hospitality - Southern Comfort, Fresh Watermelon Puree, Amaretto, Triple Sec and Served on the Rocks – $6

Southern Comfort Sweet Tea – Southern Comfort, Homemade Sweet & Sour Mix, Freshly Brewed Sweet Tea, Coke and Served in a Mason Jar - $6

Sweetwater 420 – Includes Collectible Glass and Swag – $3

To Eat:

Riverview Farms Pork Brunswick Stew- Fresh Okra, Vidalia Onions, Local Corn, Lima Beans, Stewed Tomato’s served with Cast Iron Corn Bread

Smoked Brisket “Hamburger”- Pulled Brisket, Homemade Pimento Cheese, Applewood Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, Ancho BBQ, Onion Ring and served on Brioche Bun

Georgia Peach Cobbler- Fresh Peaches, High Road Craft Vanilla Icecream
