Jonquil Bulbs Have Arrived
The sooner you plant your bulbs during fall, the more time they have to prepare to bloom in spring.
Smyrna is known as the Jonquil City, but it needs help from its residents to make sure the name reflects reality by planting jonquil bulbs this fall.
Keep Smyrna Beautiful has received this year's shipment of jonquil bulbs and is selling them at or near cost for the 27th year in a row at Backyard Feed and Seed on Roswell Street.
A bag of 50 large (6 inches) bulbs costs $15.
To ensure that the jonquils bloom in the spring, it is essential to get the bulbs planted during the fall months.
