Ms. Cindy Lea Harkins, age 55 of Smyrna, passed away Monday, April 14, 2014. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Friday, April 18 at Carmichael Funeral Home Chapel in Smyrna with Revs’ Pete Hixson and Richard Hemphill officiating.
Interment will be in Mountain View Cemetery in Marietta. Ms. Harkins was a lifelong Smyrna resident. She was a beloved Mother, Sister, Aunt and friend to many. She was a member of Vinings Lake Church. Surviving are: two daughters, Ashley (Timothy) Becker of Athens, Emily Harkins of Athens, Sister, Pam (Terry) Martin of Smyrna, Nephews, Ryan & Chanel Martin, Russ & Hollee Martin and Great Nieces & Nephews. The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 17 at Carmichael Funeral Home in Smyrna (770) 435-4467.
