Comcast - is this good customer service?

I wrote a comment about Comcast awhile back. They continue to, can't think of a nice word, their customers.

It is way past time for Comcast to stop ripping us off!

 I was reading on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/pages/ComcastXfinity-Sucks/195682787126444 and came across a comment from a person from Forbes magazine. It is very interesting and describes Comcast's "bait and switch" approach. There is a constant stream of complaints from customers, most of which seem to be about changing the price of service after installation and continue to increase prices periodically, as well as trying to reach someone on the phone or online for customer service. Is filing a class action suit against Comcast a viable possibility? They need to be stopped!
